1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve them on demand, perform official background checks, or submit filings.

Its content points to Wilcox County custodians and Georgia systems, including the sheriff and jail, the appropriate courts, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's Georgia Crime Information Center, and the Georgia Sex Offender Registry. Access remains subject to the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§ 50-18-70 through 50-18-77, and GCIC dissemination limits in O.C.G.A. § 35-3-34. Some pages also connect users with outside research tools.
